So happy with my micro

Ok - I absolutely love my micro! When you live in the city, lagree memberships can get pretty expensive. So, I decided to buy my own micro for my apartment and I don’t regret it one bit! This thing is super apartment friendly because of its size and weight. It’s so easy to take out of my closet and then put it away when I’m not using it (it has wheels to roll it around easily). I can confidently say that you can get just as good as a workout on the micro as you could on the mega - I’m seriously so impressed. It came in a large box and was ready to go once unboxed! It’s super good quality and is well built. If you’re tired of paying so much money in memberships to lagree studios or just love lagree - I’d highly recommend making the investment into getting your own micro!

Love my micro. Just got into Lagree recently and wanted to invest in something for home use. Micro has been fantastic. Planning on upgrading maybe to the mini or mini pro maybe in the future.

My review isn't "verified" because I purchased my Micro during the pandemic before it was available on Amazon. I'm not associated with the manufacturer - just obsessed with the effectiveness of the Lagree workout and hoping to inspire others to pull the trigger and buy it. Since starting Lagree I’ve transformed my body & health, and at over 50 years old am in the greatest shape of my life. Now about the micro: The micro is an at-home version of the machine used at the celebrity-obsessed Lagree method studio classes. Models and pro athletes swear by this workout method, and if you try it you’ll know why. You’ll get long, lean, and beautifully sculpted muscles. Google it to see for yourself and learn why this is a fitness solution. Here are my favorite things about working out on the Micro: • It’s all you need: The Micro comes with everything you need to work your whole body to exhaustion. There are many free workouts posted on YouTube which teach you how to use the Micro and guide you through workouts. • Doesn’t waste your time: It only takes 30 minutes. With only 30–40-minute workouts 3x/week, I've gained muscle, lost fat, and feel amazing. • Consistent Routines: you don't have to be super coordinated or move around a lot. You learn the moves and repeat. And it's intentionally slow. So slow. This might be my favorite part because I hate workout that make me move around quickly. • All levels welcome: beginners through advanced athletes will be challenged. The Micro has adjustable springs and countless ways to modify intensity. Sometimes I feel great and really challenge myself, and sometimes I feel like garbage and take it easy. But trust me, even an "easy" workout on the Micro is going to have great results in how you look & feel. About the Micro: • It’s heavy and well-built. This machine won’t break. From the steel tracks to the springs, to the cushions, everything on this machine is of the highest quality. I’ve had mine for about 2 years, use it every day, and the Micro is still in like-new condition. You can tell the manufacturer really loves this product and brand through the high quality materials & craftsmanship. • It comes with everything you need but more accessories are available on the manufacturer’s website. You won’t need additional accessories, but if you become Lagree-obsessed like myself, you’ll want to deck out your Micro in all the bells & whistles. Now buy it!
