Iron Neck 3.0 Pro

Love the bands. Great resistance for using with the Iron Neck. I like the change from cables or bands. Wish I would have bought more.

I’ve only been using this for a few weeks now but the construction quality seems to be pretty good. Very sturdy and it doesn’t feel cheap. It’s nice to be able to move my neck in different ways and use some kind of resistance doing it as doing it by itself doesn’t really do much. I can definitely feel muscles stretching and my neck making slight cracking noises after using it so I figure it’s working. I mainly wanted to get it to help my neck muscles strengthen a bit as I train jiujitsu and it sometimes gets cranked on quite a bit. I’ve been using this three days a week so far with simple posture and neck exercises that Iron Neck has on YouTube but at some point, I’ll get the rest from the website. With everything in mind, I would recommend this, hopefully it will keep working and be beneficial in the long run.

Very effective

I was diagnosed with cervical stenosis between a4-a5 and a5-a6 due to herniated disks and osteophytes. Was told by 3 top neurosurgeons that surgery is inevitable. Being a musician i was terrified (and still am when i think about it) but after completing multiple exams with a recommended neurologist (not a surgeon) we verified that i'm not in myelopathy stages yet and excluded surgery at this point. I discovered Iron-Neck since i wanted to improve my condition and i immediately wanted to try it out, but since i'm located in Athens/Greece i had to run through customs and import it. I paid almost double the price because of our great greek government taxes but I really couldn't care less because of the value of this product. I'm in my first month of rehab and my neck "has doubled" in size! I feel it more strong and stable, i have more range of motion, the nerve pinches have declined and i'm very optimistic that eventually i will control the condition and avoid surgery. I'm also trying to take it really slow and have been doing just a few basic exercises because my range is not full yet and have some pain still. So there's plenty more to cover as i get better and better. I will try an MRI scan again in 3-4 months to see if there's improvement. Also I have to mention that the company staff was really kind and nice to explain every question i had. So glad that i have this piece of gear in my possession, thank you so much Iron Neck!!

The first time using iron neck, my neck was making a lot of cracking and popping noise. I have had the device for 3 weeks. Now, I don't hear any noise. My neck feels stronger than ever. Also, I use to get a lot of nagging headaches. That has stopped completely. In terms of the device it's self, I found it to be well designed and very solid. I am very satisfied with my purchase. If you have neck pain, I strongly recommend this device.
